Our Exercise Classes - Offered 7 days/week
Backed by research at Yale University

Level: BASIC
  • Seated exercises with some standing movements, designed for those preferring extra physical support

  • Safely encourages participants to rise from the chair and engage in full-body movements

  • Targets strength, joint mobility, circulation, posture, and coordination—all from a sturdy chair.

Level: INTERMEDIATE
  • Balanced, adaptable Parkinson’s exercises centered on functional movement and symptom management

  • High Intensity Functional Intervals (HIFI), tailored to your individual ability level

  • Monthly rotating themes to keep workouts varied, engaging, and focused

Level: ADVANCED
  • Advanced-level training designed for participants ready to work at their highest capability

  • Integrates High Intensity Functional Intervals (HIFI) to target all major Parkinson's symptoms

  • Builds strength and cardiovascular endurance, aiming for a consistent 70% maximum heart rate

Pay per class gives flexible access to individual sessions online or in person with autopay and Beat PD Buddies support included.

PREMIUM

Premium offers unlimited monthly classes online, in person, and through the library, with autopay and complete PD Buddies integration provided.

VIDEO LIBRARY

Library access grants unlimited monthly entry to online videos and on-demand content, offering autopay convenience and continuous PD Buddies connectivity.

IN-PERSON CLASSES

Our satellite locations expand access to local communities by partnering with healthcare centers or senior living facilities where we teach our Beat PD Today program.
