Class Types and Levels

Level 1: This advanced class focuses on all symptoms of the disease where participants train to push themselves to their maximum effort. Heart rates remain at 70% of their maximum for most of class time. High Intensity Functional Intervals (HIFI) are the core of the workouts. Functional movement, visualization, and boxing are included in every class.

Level 2: This level focuses on all disease symptoms through functional intervals. High Intensity Functional Intervals (HIFI) will ensure heart rates are at each participant's working level for the majority of the class. Both standing and sitting modifications will be offered. No floor work, but all will be encouraged to stand with assistance for part of the class. All classes will include boxing and visualization exercises.
