This year is quickly coming to an end, and a new one to begin. This is always refreshing for me. It is a chance to start over, let go of the old and recharge with the new. 2017 has been a trying year for me, with challenges and experiences that made me grow into a better person. My children, my husband, my mother and my friends have provided me with great opportunities to learn and develop character, integrity and strength. I will share with you these stories here in coming days. Parkinson's Disease has changed my life in so many ways and I feel blessed to be able to share with others my strengths and talents to help us all live healthier, more free and more meaningful lives.
