Whole 30

I started January 2nd eating in a new healthy way. Nutrition and diet have never been a focus in the management of PD. I have been told by many experienced trainers to try a anti-inflammatory type of diet. So, I am trying it for 30 days. So far, so good. But it is taking lots of will power for me not to grab a handful of Triscuits, 5 Oreo's at a time after school, a big plate of pasta with my family, a piece of warm bread out at dinner, or my nightly bowl of ice cream. I will keep you posted.
