Do you have a Happy Place? If yes, great. You are ahead of most others. If no, find one. We all need a place to go that is your special somewhere that makes you slow down, relax and smile. It can be a quiet spot in your home, sitting by the river on a special rock, on your deck reading the paper or a special place you visit.
Here is my Happy Place, my place where I love to be and can not get enough sunsets, sunrises and deep breaths. It is on my top deck of my NC home. Find your place and close your eyes and inhale all the positive energy that you can. Your days will be brighter the more you visit that spot. Now go find it!
